Description
Corrections LPNs work in the St. Louis County Justice Services Center located in Clayton. The responsibilities of this position include performing nursing duties under the supervision of a RN Supervisor or RN. The primary duty of the LPN is to dispense medication. These positions typically do not require LPNs to provide patient personal care assistance.

The starting salary is $19.00 per hour plus 10% addition to pay for those working in Corrections Medicine. Additionally, there is 10&% shift differential for evenings worked. Candidates possessing ACLS Certification will receive a $1.25 hourly addition to pay for hours worked. Full time LPNs can choose to work a day/evening rotating shift or a straight evening shift to include every other weekend and alternate holidays. We do not offer straight day shifts. Typical shifts are 8 hours.
