Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Hope is a clinical, educational, and therapeutic provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. Hope Clinical Care, Hope\'s outpatient therapeutic services company, provides therapy services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. At Hope Autism Clinics, Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other qualified service professionals provide medically necessary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, Speech Language Therapy, autism screenings and diagnostic evaluations to children with ASD and developmental disabilities from birth through school age.

The Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Hope provides on-site comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations, as well as consultation and counseling services as needed. This position is located at our office in Gallatin, TN.

Clinical Psychologist Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations that include administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule \xe2\x80\x93 2nd Edition, clinical interview with caregivers, and assessment of cognitive and adaptive functioning.
• Write diagnostic reports and review findings and recommendations with families.
• Provide consultation and counseling services as needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, practice in accordance with APA ethical standards, and adheres to all policies and procedures at The Autism Clinic at Hope.

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Health Service Provider) in the state of Tennessee.
• Eligible for enrollment with insurance companies.

• 3+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or developmental disabilities.
• Expertise in the administration and interpretation of psychological evaluations, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule \xe2\x80\x93 2nd Edition.
