We are professional and agile. We are a 24 room home with a 32 bed license.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with catheter care and tube feeding as needed
- Perform phlebotomy procedures when required
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the well-being of patients

Experience:
- Previous experience in medication administration is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of acute care procedures and protocols is a plus
- Experience in home care settings is beneficial

Skills:
- Excellent medication administration skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient information
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
