Midwest Republican Senator seeks a Legislative Correspondent to join his Washington, D.C. office. Portfolio areas include Veterans Affairs and Defense, and other issues as assigned. Candidates should be professional, prompt, organized and detail oriented, display strong interpersonal skills, and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Primary duties include policy research, drafting written memos, answering constituent correspondence, and monitoring policy priorities and committees of jurisdiction.
