Job Description

The Legal Recruiting Assistant will support the recruiting team in a fast-paced environment within the business services industry. This temporary position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update recruiting databases and tracking systems.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and other related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events and initiatives.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with candidates in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Support in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Manage job postings and ensure their accuracy and visibility.

A successful Legal Recruiting Assistant should have:
