Our legal division is expanding rapidly, and we're ready to bring more horsepower to the table. We're hiring a Legal Candidate Sourcer, someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes pride in finding top-tier legal talent, and plays a crucial role in making great hires happen.
What You'll Do:
Identify and source top attorney candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, firm websites, and other tools
Craft compelling outreach to engage passive candidates and get responses
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across various legal practice areas and geographic markets
Partner with recruiters to execute search strategies and prioritize active roles
Track candidate data and engagement using our ATS/CRM
Stay sharp on legal market trends and talent movement
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a research-heavy role (agency or legal industry preferred)
Competitive mindset - you like to win and exceed goals
Strong writing skills for outreach and follow-up
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, and applicant tracking systems
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
