The intern will assist with administrative and operational tasks, including invoice processing, data management, and supporting compliance program systems, to help improve workflow efficiency and support the team. Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Handle the received legal invoices, prepare and submit for internal approvals and process the payments.
- Manage the legal review log, keep records and provide a necessary statistical analysis for the senior management review.
- Assist colleagues in preparing and optimizing administration worksheets, risk data and reports.
- Assist colleagues in the technical aspects relating to the ABAC program master list and related systems.
- Bachelor's student or Master's student majoring in Business, Finance, Project or Data preferred.
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English preferred.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Python.
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate's relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
