About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time

Legal Intaker and/or

Sales Specialist

to connect with potential new clients (PNCs), guide them through our consultation process, and help them take the first decisive step toward resolving their family law issues. This is a non-attorney role focused on listening with empathy, establishing trust, and explaining our services clearly. You will play a crucial part in helping potential clients understand how we can assist them and facilitate a smooth transition into our legal team after engagement.

Base Salary:

$70,000 annually

Performance-Based Bonuses:

Potential to increase overall compensation by up to 50% or more based on your sales performance

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct in-person, Zoom, and phone meetings with PNCs Explain the firm's services and client experience with clarity Track and follow up with open leads using our systems Manage file openings and coordinate onboarding after engagement Ensure quality touchpoints with new clients in the first 15 days, and/or 30 days, Maintain detailed client interaction records in our CRM

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least

3

yearsofexperienceinsales,intake,orclient-facingroles*, ideally in law, finance, healthcare, or another high-trust service
Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence Ability to listen attentively and handle sensitive conversations with empathy Strong adherence to structure and processes, while remaining adaptable to real-world challenges and situations Clear understanding of, and respect for, the ethical boundaries of a non-attorney role under Idaho's professional conduct rules Highly organized, responsive, and reliable, consistently follows through on tasks without prompting.

Personal or professional experience with family law dynamics
