Job Description
The Law Offices of Patrick J. Burns, Jr., P.C. is a West Hollywood based securities law firm focusing on investment adviser registrations, employment and corporate matters as well as mergers and acquisitions. Our firm is interviewing for an entry level legal assistant/paralegal to maintain and service client relationships. The position will include: \xc2\xb7 On-the-job training \xc2\xb7 Heavy client contact, legal research and document drafting \xc2\xb7 Leading Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their representatives through the SEC and/or state registration process \xc2\xb7 Completing required regulatory filings \xc2\xb7 Creating and/or revising RIA disclosure documents, advisory agreements, and other documents \xc2\xb7 Reviewing and/or drafting employment agreements \xc2\xb7 Formation of legal entities\xc2\xb7 Additional Details & Benefits: \xc2\xb7 Full-time employment \xc2\xb7 On-site position \xc2\xb7 Overtime opportunities \xc2\xb7 Eligibility for annual year-end bonus Salary: $25.00 per hour Benefits:
