We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our in-house Legal Department. This role provides critical administrative and case coordination support, helping manage legal matters, track deadlines, and maintain organized systems across a fast-moving corporate environment. This is a full-time position at the DGDG Home Office in San Jose, CA.
What You'll Do:

• Coordinate active legal matters and communications.
• Respond to document requests and organize discovery materials.
• Maintain legal calendars, case tracking logs, and filing systems.
• Prepare and file Statements of Information and other corporate documents.
• Track legal expenses and assist with invoice and budget reporting.
• Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and support monthly project updates.
• Review and summarize contracts and other legal documents.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years' experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with DocuSign or document management tools a plus.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: $75K-95K/annually
