Job Description

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Note: Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law, preferably on the plaintiff side.

• Provide direct support to a partner and associate on plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and court staff to manage case flow.
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate attorney calendars.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth case management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal injury law (plaintiff preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Pre-suit experience preferred; litigation background a plus.
