Your Role:
Drive occupancy
by implementing an effective leasing program.Develop strong relationships
with prospective residents and families.Conduct tours, lead follow-ups, and support community outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the Executive Director
on strategic plans, events, and market analyses.Assist in maintaining and developing marketing materials and promotional activities.
Utilize a contact management system
to track and manage sales and leasing efforts.###
What We're Looking For:
Passion for working with seniors
and helping them transition into a vibrant, fulfilling community.Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- you're a people person!Ability to work collaboratively
across multiple departments.Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a team-player mindset.
Marketing, leasing, or sales experience
in senior living, healthcare, multi-family housing or hospitality preferred.###
What We Offer:
Competitive salary $65,000-$70,000 (negotiable based on proven experience) with a very lucrative bonus structure.
