to support our affordable housing portfolio. This role focuses on lease renewals, documentation, and compliance--not renting apartments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and mail monthly lease renewal offers.
Send required tenant notices.
Track expirations and follow-up deadlines with accuracy.
Prepare holdover packages for the Legal Department for all unrenewed leases.
Manage mail merges and produce renewal documents using Word.
Maintain accurate records in Yardi and ensure all data is updated and compliant.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure timely and complete renewal processing.
What We're Looking For
Spanish fluency required
(written and verbal).
Experience with Microsoft Word (mail merges).
Understanding of lease types, PBV contracts, 610 calculations and Yardi preferred.
Strong time management, organization, and follow-through.
Experience in affordable housing, compliance, or property management is a plus.
