As a Leasing Consultant, you are there for each potential resident through the entire apartment rental process- greeting and touring market-ready apartments, answering their questions, efficiently processing their application and fees, and supporting them through their move-in date to create a hassle-free transition into their new residence. The Details\xe2\x80\xa6 You will work full-time with at least one weekend day and one weekday off at our location The Residences at Belford in Stamford, CT. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour plus commissions. Commissions range from $25.00 to $100.00 per each new move-in, based on property performance, and are paid monthly in arrears. New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*.
