Position Summary

The

Leasing Consultant

plays a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue at our brand-new community, located in

Maricopa, Arizona

, during its initial

lease-up

phase. This position focuses on creating an exceptional first impression for prospects, guiding them through the leasing journey, and converting interest into signed leases. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people to their next home.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate leads through outreach, referrals, social media, and community engagement. Conduct tours (in-person and virtual), effectively highlighting the features, amenities, and lifestyle of the community. Convert prospects into residents by following up promptly and maintaining strong communication. Deliver a professional, welcoming, and personalized leasing experience. Maintain a thorough knowledge of floor plans, availability, market comps, and pricing strategies. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the leasing process. Accurately process lease applications, verifications, and move-in documentation in compliance with company standards. Ensure marketing materials, signage, and digital listings remain current and aligned with brand guidelines. Maintain records of traffic, conversions, and occupancy progress through property management software. Represent the property at local events, outreach efforts, and networking opportunities to build community awareness. Collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to execute lease-up campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications

1-2 years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule to meet lease-up demands

Tech-savvy with property management software experience (Yardi/RealPage a plus). High energy, self-starter, and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate and customer service.
