Job Description

This position will assist in marketing, showing and leasing residential properties. This is a part-time position requiring 15-25 hours per week. Schedule is flexible outside of set hours on one day per weekend and Monday mornings. Opportunity to expand hours after a probationary period.

Routine duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responding to leasing and application inquiries via email and phone. Coordinating and carrying out in-person showings, often during the day but evening tours may be required as well. Guiding prospective tenants through the lease-signing process. Arranging listing photos, cleaning vendors, move in/out inspections and move-in packet assembly.

Useful traits: Friendly, engaging, comfortable with technology, and organized. This individual will be required to manage their own schedule, therefore punctuality and clear communication is extremely important. This individual must have their own transportation to get around Lawrence. No travel outside of Douglas County will be needed.
Compensation will be based on experience and will include a base hourly rate, milage reimbursement, and commission tied to fully-executed leases.
