Lead-Production

As a Lead, you will be a key part of our factory's leadership team. You will bring people skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:
? Meet daily production goals. Adjust the plan appropriately as the requirements may
shift from day to day.
? Function in a demanding production environment. Ask questions that will help your
team succeed.
? Motivate and direct others to achieve maximum results.

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or GED
? Minimum 3 years of factory experience
? Experience leading in a manufacturing role: 2 years
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor and Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
