What You'll Do:

Process daily parts and cash sales Place and receive parts orders Assist the Parts Manager with inventory reports and stock orders Handle returns, credits, and shipping claims Organize and stock incoming parts shipments Match invoices and purchase orders for approval Coordinate with the service and warranty departments Help maintain accurate inventory through daily and annual counts Ship customer orders efficiently and professionally

You'll also play a key role in managing daily reports such as:

Obsolete Parts Reports Cores & Special Order Items Parts with No Location Negative On-Hand Reports

(Training will be provided - no prior experience with these reports is necessary.)
