What you will do...


3-5 years of experience Read electrical and control schematics and assemble and wire panels to specification for PLC controls, operator consoles, variable speed drives, motor controls, and/or pneumatic controls Inspect and test completed panels Knowledge of NEC 70E ability to pass Arc Flash training (point-to-point wiring of panels) Maintain equipment and tools in a neat, clean, and efficient work area Work with production team to schedule and prioritize tasks Occasionally support installations at local customer facilities Be able to sit stand and kneel for long periods of time

What you will need to succeed...


Availability during core hours of shop operation, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Previous panel building experience Formal electrical training or demonstrated on-the-job experience in the electrical field Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 79, UL, and/or CSA codes preferred Demonstrated mechanical ability Ability to meet schedules and deadlines Knowledge of proper and safe use of hand tools and small power tools Attention to detail Teamwork and dependability Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be safety conscious
