Industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in CNC programming.
Anticipate $90K-$110K+ Full suite of benefits; Health, 401K+match, PTO, Holiday, etc.
Responsibilities
:Develop CNC programs for 2-/5-axis routers (e.g., ESAB, KOMO). Optimize toolpaths and design tooling/fixtures. Mentor engineering team and support production. Collaborate on new designs and prototyping. Ensure machine safety and material efficiency.
Qualifications
:Bachelor's in engineering or Technical Degree (preferred) 2+ years CNC programming; 8+ years manufacturing engineering. Leadership experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SheetCam, CAMProX
