Lead Management Representative

Remote opportunity

This Role:

As a member of Korn Ferry, Lead Management Representatives are important members of the marketing team. LMRs are directly responsible for all inbound marketing qualified leads, gathering appropriate information, and assigning them to the correct business partners through emails and entering the commercial leads in Salesforce. This entry level position would focus on handraiser scored, and account-based experience leads, globally. We\'re looking for a strong customer care professional that has 2 years of corporate/office work experience with Live Chat or live platform for client inquiries. This role is a combination of digital marketing, inside commercial leads agent and lastly a strong knowledge of pulling reports from Salesforce and reviewing analytics to present to executive leaders.

This is a fully remote position and we prefer someone on the East Coast time zone, though there could be potential travel for training.

Key Accountabilities Responsibilities:
  • Quickly demonstrate a broad understanding of company\'s solutions and articulate our value proposition
  • Play a vital role in delivering high quality leads to our commercial organization impacting marketing influenced pipeline and revenue goals by reviewing need and assigning leads to the business appropriately in Salesforce and follow up with the business leaders
  • Respond to all non-sales lead requests to verify need, routing to support teams as necessary, providing a top brand experience. Need someone this is proficient in Salesforce and has used it to manage leads, review data analytics and pull reports
  • Manage live chat on website
  • Play a key role in our ABM program, targeting accounts that show intent and partnering with the business to deliver high quality experiences
  • Pre-qualify scored leads from various campaigns and channels. Assist in optimizing the lead scoring model for high-quality MQLs
  • Correct, build, and maintain prospective client information in company CRM -Salesforce
  • Collaborate and partner with various members of the marketing and commercial organizations
  • Meet or exceed all SLAs and KPI metrics
Skills and Experience:
  • Ability and willingness to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and has worked with a digital marketing team with qualifying leads and having ongoing probing questions to route the prospective lead to one of the leaders while entering all the details in Salesforce
  • Thrives in a rapidly changing but process focused environment
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, exposure to Salesforce.com or other CRM and sales enablement / ABM tools preferred-you must be tech savvy and used to toggling in multiple platforms at once
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and convey information to others
  • Superb written, organizational, phone, presentation, and time management skills
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Clientcentric white glove service to all prospective leads
  • Self-driven, disciplined professional who demonstrates resilience when faced with objections in a remote environment
Bachelor\'s degree is preferred
