Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct training/troubleshooting for machine operators Report to the supervisor about any issues on their machine, product or department. Monitoring how the machine is running and fixing any minor problems Understanding and following all safety precautions as well as start-up/shutdown procedures Complete start up and shutdown checklist daily Operate the machine in a way that eliminates down time and boosts efficiency Achieve daily production goals set by area supervisor Ensure production quality meets customer spec, focusing on quality of product, case and pallet labels Ensure correct country of original on all labels (PLU, Clam, box) and pallet tags Enforce company policies (no disciplinary action) Ensure line is running efficiently Make sure workers are performing duties Help motivate the line to reach reasonable expectations Perform changeover procedure

Education/Background Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous related work experience required

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Computer proficiency required with data entry experience preferred Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally,

present information and direction, and field questions from managers, employees and external contacts

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail Willingness to be responsible for company property Basic mechanical ability Must be a high-performance team player; be willing to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment Willingness to maintain confidentiality and protect proprietary information Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job Visual and audio sensory are needed regularly

Working Conditions:

Environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 48-53

degrees Fahrenheit. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the day
