Lead Recruiter Job Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and hire qualified Respiratory Therapists (RTs) and healthcare leaders (Lead RTs, RDOs, etc.). Partner with the Elevate recruiting team and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs. Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, healthcare networks, and professional outreach. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to hire. Track and manage candidates using applicant tracking tools and accurate documentation. Identify and support recruitment efforts in hard-to-fill markets across the U.S. Represent Elevate professionally with schools, hospitals, and other partners to promote opportunities. Recommend process improvements and share insights to strengthen recruiting results. Stay updated on healthcare recruiting trends and maintain compliance with employment practices. Support Elevate's mission by building strong, qualified teams that deliver respiratory therapy excellence nationwide.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities / Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive, persuasive, and team-oriented attitude. Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and major job boards. Adaptable and resourceful when recruiting in competitive or hard-to-fill markets. Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S. (as needed).

Experience:



3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing or clinical recruitment. Experience hiring respiratory therapists, nurses, or other licensed healthcare professionals is a plus. Experience recruiting for leadership roles (e.g., regional directors, clinical leaders) preferred.]
