National School Therapy Recruiter / Healthcare Recruiter / Hybrid / Manhattan, NY
Healthcare Recruiter Overview:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Hybrid: 3 days in person (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), 2 days remote

Healthcare Recruiter Job Summary:

• Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting allied health professionals; Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, in nationwide locations for schools (K - 12).

Healthcare Recruiter Job Duties:

• Perform full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings.
• Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses.

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

• Minimum (1) year recruiting experience in allied health. Recruiting for allied health professionals nationwide in schools.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Previous staffing experience in hospitals preferred.

Healthcare Recruiter Compensation:

• $55,000 - $65,000 base salary (depending on experience) + commission structure
