Under the direction of the Supervising Groundskeeper I, the Lead Groundskeeper in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), Franchise Tax Board building leads, inspects and works with a small crew responsible for gardening, general grounds maintenance work and grounds beautification for the FMD.
