Lead Groundskeeper



This is a full-time position working 80 hours per two week pay period.



The schedule is primarily daytime, but will need to adjust in response to grounds and weather conditions.



Lead Groundskeeper



Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Lead Groundskeeper to join our Environmental Services team at Eagle Crest North. The Environmental Services department supports all of our locations in La Crosse, Onalaska, and Holmen.



What You'll Do



Provide daily directive to groundskeeping staff as to which location is to be serviced Attends to routine and emergency grounds upkeep, including but not limited to push and ride mowing, trimming, trimming bushes, and trimming of lawn areas, leaf pickup in the fall, winter snow removal and spring cleanup Maintain landscaping, as well as assure grounds are presentable Monitor irrigation systems for repairs/adjustments as needed, and monitor, repair, and treat exterior water features Assists with resident maintenance requests and apartment turnover when not performing ground work

What You'll Need



Drivers require a valid driver license and must have and maintain a responsible driving record Ability to drive and maneuver with truck and trailer, and load/unload equipment Ability to perform physical labor, including walking hilly terrain, kneeling; pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying equipment Previous grounds experience is required for Lead Must be 18 years of age or older

Our Wages



Our starting rate is between $22.10 and $25.10 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
