As a

Lead Generator / Business Developer

, you'll be the first person new clinics talk to, sparking conversations, building relationships, and helping them see what's possible with the right marketing strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thinks fast, and knows how to turn curiosity into opportunity. It's not about endless cold calls, it's about meaningful conversations, creative outreach, and setting up qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You'll Do



Connect with physical therapy and healthcare clinic owners to learn about their goals and challenges. Reach out to inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. Personalize your outreach through thoughtful follow-ups, creative touches, and genuine conversations. Keep track of your progress in HubSpot and Monday.com. Work with our sales team to share ideas and improve how we connect with prospects.

What We're Looking For



You're confident, curious, and great at building relationships. Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English. Organized and detail-oriented, you love following up and checking things off. You're comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Monday.com. You enjoy thinking creatively about how to grab someone's attention. 2+ years in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred. Experience in marketing, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus.

Compensation



Base Salary:

$60,000 USD per year

Commission:

$25,000-$40,000 USD annually, based on performance

Total Earning Potential:

Up to $100,000 USD per year for top performers
