We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Software Developer to join us and develop a new technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for solving complex problems. As the Lead Software Developer, you will drive the design and development of software solutions, hire and mentor team members, and play a key role in shaping our technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and hire software developers, provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
Develop, and implement high-quality software solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with management and tech staff to define project scopes and deliverables.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable software systems.
Strong understanding of software development and methodologies (C#, Net Core, SQL Server, Razor/HTML.)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud platforms - Azure is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to unforeseen glitches.
