Requirements:

Lead Generator - Flooring Sales & In-Home Measurements

Do you enjoy talking to people, starting conversations, and closing sales?

If you thrive in fast-paced retail environments and love being on the move, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Engage customers in retail stores (cold-approach sales) Generate interest in flooring & tile services Schedule in-home consultations Travel to customer homes to complete measurements and help close the sale Follow up with leads and meet performance goals
