As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Lead Generation and Customer Service Manager to join our team in Hawaii. : As the Lead Generation and Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring outstanding service to our clients. This is a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while managing key responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Manage kiosks at all Costco warehouses in Hawaii, ensuring effective lead generation and promotion of our window covering products.
* Attend all roadshow events to actively generate leads, engage potential customers, and showcase our offerings. Setting up and take down of roadshow displays.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouse managers, fostering collaboration and maximizing brand visibility.
* Provide regular updates and information to customers regarding their orders, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
* Conduct thorough follow-ups after order completion to gather feedback, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and implement effective lead generation strategies.
* Utilize various platforms and tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
* Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis to enhance customer engagement and sales efforts. Requirements: * Prior experience in lead generation, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines.
* Must be able to travel to all 4 Costco warehouses on the island.
* Must be Able to bend, lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
