Job Description

Position Summary:

Come work in a fun and friendly atmosphere whose primary goal is to maintain the cleanliness of the facility. The custodian position guarantees that the facility is prepared for the next day of business. Basic duties include: vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning/stocking restrooms, making sure the building is secure, and cleaning windows. You will be working with two/three other custodians, and weekly schedules will rotate to ensure time-off.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs building inspections to verify building security Cleaning duties such as: sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming and washing surfaces Restocking supplies for next-day use Clean restrooms with required cleaning materials and equipment Learn and practice acceptable cleaning methods Work with Facilities Manager

Qualifications:

Minimum education - High School Diploma or GED Ability to pick up and carry 50 pounds Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to work overnights (11PM-5AM) with occassional weekends Must be able to pass a mandatory background check

Compensation:

$16-$18/hour Free and discounted entertainment Unpaid time off
