We are recruiting a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our team of health care professionals. As a Lead Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for all the duties of a Clinical Pharmacist as needed to ensure adequate staffing and complete patient care. Duties include high level patient and provider interaction, pharmacist verification of prescriptions, and documentation of current and future clinical interventions. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist may supervise the activities of pharmacy support personnel, as well as quality control and performance improvement activities.
Provides leadership, supervision, and direction to the clinical pharmacist team to support pharmacy operations and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Job type: Full-time
Pay range: $134,000 to $171,000 annually depending on experience.
