At Regions, the Learning and Development Team Lead directs, evaluates, and evaluates the bank\'s training team. This position develops and implements training programs to support business needs. This position will also build and develop the talent of delivery team across Centers of Excellence (COE).

Primary Responsibilities
Provides strategic direction and coaching for Team Leads and trainers by ensuring teams are technically capable to meet all objectives and critical deliverables by sharing new learning techniques and best practices in the learning industry
Provides ongoing performance management of training team, including formal performance evaluations and career development
Evaluates and provides regular feedback on effectiveness of training initiatives by tracking and reporting outcomes, and developing enhancements to ensure the delivery and prescribed learning journey is meeting the needs of the learner (building confidence, capability, and capacity)
Participates in the recruitment and hiring of training professionals
Delivers training as needed and conducts Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions
Stays abreast of new and emerging learning techniques and technologies to enhance and improve the delivery and learning journey for associates
Manage large learning projects
Regularly and systematically uses data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and drive decision making
Manages and implements all learning programs, including collaborating with Learning Architects to ensure effective management of programs
May serve as a resource for associates with less experience

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Seven (7) years supervisory experience, and delivering training to adult learners
Proven record of accomplishments coaching and improving performance in others

Preferences
Bachelor\'s degree
Delivery of training to adult learners, especially at summits and meetings

Skills and Competencies
Ability to combine a strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making with gut-based decisions
Ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and excellent time management skills, under pressure
Demonstrates the value and impact of learning by using metrics that are meaningful to business, and using data analysis to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning experience
Horizontal thinking: finds solutions that contribute to greater goals outside of own area, and uses one\xe2\x80\x99s subject matter expertise to influence broadly
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of associates, including senior level partners and stakeholders
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of associates
Track record of defining strategy, creating advocacy/alignment and being accountable for outcomes
Vision for the future: outcome-focused, future-focused, and skillful change leader

Additional Responsibilities
This role will manage a team of Learning Coaches to support business groups enterprise wide.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications and relevant experience.

This role can work remote within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with a preference for Birmingham, Tampa, Houston, and Atlanta.

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $100,529.50 USD
Median: $154,750.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.
