Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

looking to work in a primary care setting where you will collaborate with primary care clinicians to develop treatment plans that address both physical and behavioral healthcare using a shared EMR? Meet regularly with LCSW and LCPC colleagues to advance initiatives, participate in peer supervision activities, and to enhance your skill set by obtaining licensure as a drug and alcohol counselor (LADC). Expand your knowledge base with self-directed continuing education monies and time to attend external training opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in the treatment of behavioral health and substance use disorder utilizing evidence-based treatment.
