As a

Lay-Out / Fabricator

, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and preparing materials for fabrication using a variety of tools and equipment. You'll work closely with welders and engineers to ensure precision and quality in every project.

1st Shift (6:30 PM - 2:30 PM)

Based on experience and fabrication capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Operate fabrication equipment including: Bandsaw Plate rolls Drill press Lathe Break press CNC plasma table Use overhead crane and forklift for material handling and rigging. Utilize AutoCAD and ProNest software for layout and nesting operations. Prepare and lay out materials for welding and assembly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment. Collaborate with welders and other team members to meet production goals.

Required Qualifications:

Experience operating fabrication machinery and tools listed above. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD and ProNest software. Strong understanding of material handling and rigging techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
