Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Worker to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be skilled in various lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties by performing a variety of lawn care and landscaping services to ensure beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces.

Duties

Mow lawns using power tools and hand tools to achieve desired grass height and appearance Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with pruning shears, trimmers, or chainsaws to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws and leaf blowers Clear snow using plowing equipment during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility Maintain the cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use Conduct general maintenance on landscaping equipment and power tools to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications

Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to operating mowers and other lawn equipment Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license is preferred for operating equipment or traveling between job sites Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
