Responsive to the safety and security needs of a diverse population of students, faculty,
staff and visitors at a multi-campus college; to protect life and property and enforce laws of the Commonwealth, as well as the rules and regulations of the college within the appropriate jurisdictional confines; and, to serve the community by providing professional and efficient police and safety services.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide for the safety and security of persons and
property within the jurisdictional parameters of the college. Concurrently, the position has a vital purpose of advancing the college\xe2\x80\x99s mission and image as a dynamic and positive academic environment.
Compensation:
Wage positions: The hourly pay range begins at $20.00 per hour however, the actual starting hourly rate will be commensurate with education and/or experience. The position is part-time and as such cannot exceed 29 hours per week and is not eligible for health or leave benefits.
