We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and enjoy processing laundry.
Duties
Greet and assist guests with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas and restrooms.
Process customer laundry as required, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
Operate cash registers for transactions, handling cash with accuracy and integrity.
Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Ability to operate a Point of Sale Terminal efficiently.
Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and capable of holding the responsibility of a key holder
