Laundromat Attendant / Laundry Attendant

keyholder experience

Position Overview

We are looking for a

professional, reliable, customer-service-focused Laundromat Attendant

who can open and close either of our stores, assist customers, maintain a clean environment, and learn the day-to-day operations of managing an upscale laundromat.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to laundromat customers Serve as store keyholder; open and close the laundromat independently Assist customers with washers, dryers, and laundry payment systems Complete wash-dry-fold (WDF) laundry orders with accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundromat environment Monitor machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs Handle cash register, card system, or payments as needed Restock supplies and uphold upscale presentation standards Learn store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and management tasks

Required Qualifications

Proven keyholder experience (retail, hospitality, or similar) Strong reliability and professionalism Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn Must be able to lift 25-35 lbs and stand for long periods Must be 18+ years old Leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications

Prior supervisory or shift lead experience Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
