In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through your expertise in eyelash application techniques and related beauty services.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, tools, and equipment following industry standards. Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair styling, and dermabrasion as needed. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions. Utilize straight razor techniques when providing grooming services, ensuring safety and precision. Assist in sales by recommending products that complement the services provided to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure high levels of customer service.

Skills

Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques with a keen eye for detail. Experience in body waxing, hair styling, and dermabrasion is highly desirable. Strong management skills to oversee front desk operations effectively. Ability to conduct product demos confidently to engage clients. Familiarity with sales techniques to promote products and services effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry to ensure client safety. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
