We are seeking a talented and energetic

Certified Lash Technician

to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional eyelash extension services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence.

Your expertise in lash artistry, combined with your professionalism and attention to detail, will help create a high-quality experience for our established and growing clientele. As a Certified Lash Technician, you'll also have the opportunity to expand your skill set with services such as lash lifts, brow treatments, and other esthetic enhancements -- all while contributing to a supportive and growth-focused team.

Duties

Perform precise eyelash extension applications using safe, sanitary techniques tailored to each client's eye shape and style preferences. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations on lash styles, lengths, and volume options. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by disinfecting tools and work areas in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Recommend lash care products and related beauty services to support healthy lash maintenance and overall skin wellness. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using standard salon software to ensure smooth daily operations. Engage with clients through photos and content creation to highlight your work and support brand visibility. Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Upsell or recommend additional services, such as brow lamination or skincare add-ons, to enhance client satisfaction and studio performance. Stay up to date with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to keep your skills fresh and advanced. Collaborate with team members to uphold HotWax's culture of professionalism, positivity, and exceptional client care.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required, with certification in eyelash extensions. Proven experience applying eyelash extensions safely and skillfully. Strong client service and communication skills. Familiarity with salon scheduling and client management software. Comfort with photography or social media content creation is a plus. Commitment to sanitation, professionalism, and maintaining an excellent client experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.70 - $28.54 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
