Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each guest Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, offering product demos, and upselling retail items effectively Assist with retail sales of lash care products, skincare, and other beauty essentials to enhance client satisfaction Keep detailed records of treatments performed and follow up with clients for future appointments or touch-ups

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions, with knowledge of different styles and techniques Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and promote services confidently Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon or med spa setting Experience with additional beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, body waxing, makeup application, or hair styling is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
