We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and related beauty services, providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to enhance our clients' natural beauty.
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair extensions, and botulinum toxin treatments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and record keeping.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Foster positive guest relationships through exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficiency in various beauty techniques including product demos, body waxing, hair extensions, and botulinum toxin treatment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A valid Lash Tech Liscence
