Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC)

Your Role at Blossom Counseling:


As an LAPC, you'll be a key member of our clinical team, providing high-quality care and contributing to our mission of empowering clients and strengthening communities. Your responsibilities will include:Providing individual and group therapy for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. Conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Participating in weekly supervision and case consultation. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Collaborating with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, comprehensive care. Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in counseling.


What We're Looking For:

Active Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) credential in Pennsylvania. Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field from a CACREP-accredited institution. Experience providing therapy and assessments for children ages 5+, as well as work with teens, adults, and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continued professional growth. Professional liability insurance and ability to pass required background checks.

Clearances Required:

FBI, PSP, and ChildLine clearances (or equivalent for non-PA licensees). Background check.


Compensation & Benefits:

Part-Time Positions:

10-20 clinical hours per week. $48-$52 per hour, based on experience. Non-clinical tasks compensated at $15 per hour. Late cancel/no-show protection.

Full-Time Positions:

21-23 clinical hours per week. $42,000-$52,000 annual salary, based on experience.
