Opie's Landscaping is leader in the landscape industry in Southwestern Missouri and Northwestern Arkansas. We are looking for Landscape Supervisors who are looking for a true professional challenge. These open positions are located in the Southwestern part of Missouri (Branson Area). The right individuals will be responsible for managing the timely execution of projects and potentially multiple crews. Candidate must have a working knowledge of hardscapes, grading, irrigation, plant material, fertilization, pest management and the ability to run an assortment of equipment such as skid steers, excavators, trencher, etc. Efficient and effective time management, attention to detail, the promotion of best practices and the ability to instill these qualities throughout the work force is a top priority. These are field working positions.

Responsibilities: Oversee all projects assigned, manage the process from start to completion, create job orders for projects, assign personnel and equipment necessary to perform duties, and direct onsite activities. Supervise all crew members during performance of assigned duties, to ensure quality of work meets company standards. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to establish goals and coach team members, and interact with clients and address any issues. Track and record all job related expenses, personnel, equipment and materials. Ensure all required safety requirements are properly followed at all times, personal safety, equipment safety, project site and yard clean and safe. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 supervisory years experience and 3 years of landscape installation experience. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Highly motivated, self driven with an excellent attention to detail. Professional appearance, punctual, and reliable. Work outdoors in all types of weather and long days in season.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
