We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and a passion for horticulture, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. This role requires effective leadership skills to supervise a team, manage daily operations, and coordinate landscaping projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
Oversee/Perform daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and gardening tasks.
Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for plant health.
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with construction teams on landscape design integration and implementation.
Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines for effective reporting.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Skills
Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping practices.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and horticultural principles.
Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening methods.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
