About the Role

This position blends project management, estimating, and key administrative responsibilities. You'll manage projects from bid through completion keeping work organized, on track, and clients informed while maintaining the operational details that make great work run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project estimates and proposals for landscape construction and maintenance work Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and material procurement Track progress and change orders Maintain communication between clients, crews, vendors, and leadershi Assist with billing, purchase orders, and vendor invoicing Ensure accuracy of project records, written and digital Support team operations and help improve internal processes

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in landscape project management, estimating, or a related role Solid understanding of landscape construction, maintenance, and irrigation Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in estimating software, Google Workspace, and project management tools Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable balancing office and field work Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive problem solver
