Marshall Landscaping is a comprehensive landscape, construction, and snow removal company currently seeking a Landscape Construction Manager to join our expanding residential and commercial landscaping and snow removal operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to our clientele by attending meetings, providing estimates, coordinating with landscape designers, and scheduling appropriate crews for landscape installation services. Additionally, this role entails enforcing policies and procedures while upholding company values and ethics. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner. A solid background in fundamental construction trade skills and experience in crew management is essential.
Duties:
- Attend all client meetings and walkthroughs, promptly following up on work order requests and estimates.
- Create daily schedules for up to 8 crews, communicating relevant details for work orders to ensure their successful completion.
- Carefully review all crew timesheets to ensure they accurately reflect the work performed and include all necessary information for payroll and invoicing.
- Respond to customer emails promptly, taking the necessary steps to fulfill requests in a timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships across the team.
- Anticipate potential problems and provide valuable insights to avoid delays.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by presenting solutions and effectively planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Represent the company to various audiences, including clients, property managers, and employees.
- Maintain organizational integrity by ensuring confidentiality.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in landscape maintenance or construction-related fields.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven capacity to supervise teams effectively.
