Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee our landscaping maintenance team and ensure our properties are being kept up to "Quinn Family" standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a great understanding of landscaping practices. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising daily operations while fostering a positive work environment and interacting with customers.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to Quinn Family standards. Provide training and guidance to team members on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and best practices on the machinery we use daily. Conduct regular inspections of work sites/properties to ensure compliance with company and client expectations. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Report to Management daily of employee and customer interactions, issues, solutions.

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, and tree care techniques is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Hours are steady M-F (40+). Pay is based on experience, weekly.

Overtime is paid at time and a half rate.

Company phone will be provided.

Company vehicle transportation - for use during work hours - will be provided.

Pay may be increased after 30 day orientation if you prove your experience, work ethic, and reliability.
