Position Overview:

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work alongside a crew to maintain some of Omaha's most beautiful residential and commercial properties. Your role will be hands-on and active, with tasks including:

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain landscapes through tasks such as mulching, pruning, bed edging, and plant replacements Assist with seasonal cleanups (spring and fall) Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment each day Help keep job sites and the shop clean and organized Follow company policies and safety procedures Be punctual, dependable, and a team player

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and landscape equipment is a plus Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day Bilingual skills are a bonus (but not required) Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
